It is possible they will do a late delivery, or deliver tomorrow. They should give you a refund or a credit for a future order. Mother's Day is the busiest day of the year for florists, so sometimes flower delivery can be unpredictable. Most florists do not even agree to deliver on Sundays. Double check and make sure they didn't agree to deliver them on Monday instead.
Reply:You definetely should get a refund!
Reply:Call up 1800 flowers now and make a complaint say it calmly, nicely, and never use cuss words. I promise it will make you heard more. When you complain say with a smile "Hi. How are you doing today? I order some flowers to be sent to my mother on Mother's day and my mom has never received it. May I get a refund please?" (No point of having the flowers delivered on another day because it was meant to arrive on Mother's Day).

If 1800 flowers doesn't refund you, call up your credit card company and make a dispute so they will refund it back to your card.

Hope this helps
Reply:I use them a lot and they are very customer service oriented. Once my mother called them to complain about a delivery she never received, they sent a replacement - then she found the original buried in a bush in her front yard, she called them back embarrassed of the mistake - and they were like no problem, keep them both with our best wishes!

I also ordered Mothers Day Gifts again this year from 1800 Flowers for both my mom and my step-mom; but I ordered last week and scheduled for delivery on Friday. Both my "moms" got them on schedule. Next year you may wish to order a little more in advance.
Reply:They did this to me last year... there was no "fine print" until the day AFTER Mother's Day.. which said that orders placed after ____ (the day BEFORE I placed my order) would be cancelled and not delivered.

Sorry this happened to you. I didn't get a refund, but since they never delivered, they actually never even placed the order or charged me.
Reply:This happened to me last year and I ordered them 2 weeks ahead of time!

It took me over an hour on the phone, but I finally got them delivered AND got a refund. The solution they kept proposing to me was to have my mil drive to a store and pick up flowers the following week, and they would be different from the ones I had ordered and they offered me 15% off my next order with them!

Well, I don't usually go off on companies, but my mil was homebound in the late stages of breast cancer and could not be expected to go pick up her own random flowers on some other day! I let them have it and finally got what I wanted from them.

I gave them bad reviews anywhere online that takes reviews and this year for my own mother (mil passed away) I used the website of a florist local in her city to guarantee better delivery.

FTD by the way, often ships flowers in boxes and the recipient has to arrange them herself, so I wouldn't trust FTD either.

*Note to you: order further ahead next time! Mother's Day is on every calendar and troubles arise like this when you wait until the last minute! Lessons for next time.
Reply:If you ordered them yesterday are you sure they agreed to deliver them today? If they did, then they will either refund you or resend out the flowers. 1800 is a very reliable flower service. I have actually had them send out flowers where half of them were dead and not only did they refund me my money, but they also sent out fresh flowers!!!! All it took was for me to call and they hooked me right up!!! Give them a call and be polite and professional and I am sure they will take care of you!!! Good luck!!!!
