my mum lives in darlington, co.durham (uk) and i live in Newcastle Upon Tyne. I want to send flowers and don't know whether to order on line (interflora.. so expensive!!) or go into a shop in town any suggestions?
Mother's day flowers, order on-line???
Try these people, have used them a few times and they are very good.

Reply:Go for Interflora - they may be expensive but the flowers are gorgeous, last ages and the delivery is included in the price.
Reply:Do it the old fashioned way, leave the house and spend some real money in a real shop in real time. It's quite easy, we all did it once or twice before the internet was invented.
Reply:I found interflora ended up being cheaper than any other method. The flowers might be cheaper in stores or over the phone but they tend to whack their delivery charge up.
post-a-rose.com are pretty good as well, they don't just do roses! But very efficient and relitavely low cost.
I've also rodered from flowersdirect.com who were pretty good. not much difference in price though
Reply:I've had numerous bouquets from interflora and they have always been gorgeous and lasted ages.
Reply:asda and tesco do online orders now
Reply:I got mine from asda, online. Should be delivered to her this sat. They have nice selections %26amp; delivery inc in price.
Reply:I don't know if they deliver in the UK, but 1-800 Flowers is cheaper than a local florist (at least where I live) and the flowers are beautiful.
Reply:Marks and Spencer all the way! They do fabulous bouqets or arrangements. You can order on line and they will deliver on Sunday. They are really efficient and very reasonable.
