I called customer service, SW/ Coquotte #2516 (stupidVisor), She treated me like poop. Now what do I do
If you order flowers from Pro Flowers and they show up dead, What would you do?
I would call back and ask to speak to the stupid-visor's boss. Explain to them what happened and that you are very dissatisfied with their product. I don't know how you paid for the flowers but I would call the card company and see if you can cancel the payment to them. If you think you are the only one that got those kind of flowers you are probably wrong and they are being swamped by the complaints they are getting. So they are burned out, but that is no reason to provide lousy customer service. I would also write a letter to the company...there are a lot things you can do......Good Luck..
Reply:I would call them again and ask for higher management, insist if necessary, and inform them of your experience- the horrible customer service and the arrival of dead flowers. While you are speaking with someone of status within the company don't forget to remind them that word of mouth is the best advertisement and this experience has portrayed their company as unacceptable. Not the first impression that a company would want to make. Let them speak after you have stated your experience ( i find that pausing longer than usual before answering back makes them very nervous and more prompted to please). Do not give up until you have feel assured that you have been fairly compensated for the bad experience.
Reply:Ring their Headquarters wherever it is , tell them that you were treated badly and about your problem, tell them her name and tell them its discraceful, maybe youll get them free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reply:I would call them back and tell them that they need to replace the "flowers" as they were dead when they arrived. I would also make a report to the Better Business Bureau.
Reply:Call and talk to the manager and they will replace it with any product of equal value.
